good but...

just a thought, use cinnamon sticks instead of powder

GOOD PURCHASE

Recent Nose Kit Purchase

I bought a second, larger, nosing kit ((18) containers. This should be the first choice, and I would suggest eliminating the limited smaller container. If possible, the offered scent choices should be stronger to be more helpful for newbies like me. Some scents are very weak, which is not helpful to anyone trying to improve their bourbon palate and ability to make “scents” of various, newly purchased bottles on the KY Bourbon Trail AND Craft Tour.

Because Nose Your Bourbon™ kits use natural ingredients and nothing is added to boost aromas, some ingredients will have a weaker aroma than others, just as they do in their natural states. If you’re having trouble picking up the aroma for any ingredient, exhale through your nose into the container before you inhale. This will warm the ingredient slightly and get some air moving, both which will make it easier to detect the aroma. I hope that helps!

Very useful

I ordered this kit to help with nosing Bourbon. And I was hopeful that it would help me when I am nosing Wine as well. It succeeds on both counts. I would like to see a second advanced nosing kit. Something that is especially focused on wine.
